Le Centre national pour la vérité et la reconciliation (CNVR) invite les artistes inuits, métis et de Premières Nations à soumettre des propositions pour une commande artistique. Dans un esprit de réciprocité, le CNVR recherche une image qui sera reproduite en plusieurs formats et offerte en cadeau à ceux qui feront un don pour le nouveau siège permanent du CNVR.
